Documentolog became the supplier of EDMS for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization

2019: Documentolog implementation

On August 19, 2019 it became known that Documentolog became the supplier of EDMS for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

SCO – the international organization which members are 8 largest countries of the Asian continent: Russia, China, Kazakhstan, India, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Pakistan. The organization works on security strengthening, development of economic and power cooperation, scientific and cultural interaction on between the countries.

The cloud electronic document management system in the organization will be installed according to the SaaS model. First of all, the executive body – the Secretariat of SCO which is in Beijing will be connected to it. Thus, 34 employees of the Secretariat will use possibilities of automation, daily working in EDMS Documentolog.

System implementation in SCO will become one of large projects which Documentolog implements at the international level. In addition to the company, suppliers from China and India took part in tender.
