Shiseido (Shiseido Rus) (SAP Business One)

In Shiseido (Rus) company, child structure of the Japanese corporation Shiseido, implementation of the ERP system of SAP Business One is complete. Performed project works Softline Solutions companies. The Shiseido corporation is engaged in production of elite cosmetics and perfumery. The Shiseido (Rus) subsidiary company works in Russia since 2007 as the distributor of cosmetic goods.

Implementation of the ERP system in the Russian division is a part of a global implementation project of SAP solutions (file) in the company. During the project the two-level scheme of the solution was developed. Primary system is intended for automation of the main business processes of the company (purchases, logistics, management of warehouses, sales, management of finance) and formation of the management reporting. A secondary system serves for solving of tasks of preparation of accounting and tax statements according to the Russian standards, and is integrated with SAP Business One.

The solution allowed to control operational activity of the company, to manage customer relations and suppliers, to optimize commodity and material and cash flows and to automate tax, accounting, managerial and operational accounting. The first project phase was implemented in three months.
