On June 9, 2016 company CDC announced the project of automation of work of merchandisers and sales representatives of Shishkin Les Torg LLC.
Project Tasks
Smoothly running work of mobile employees is important for the company promoting a brand of Shishkin Wood drinking water and in 2011 Shishkin Les Torg LLC began the project of automation of 150 merchandisers and sales representatives in the territory of Moscow and the Moscow region.
Project Progress
In the course of implementation integration of the automation system of mobile trade of OPTIMUM of ASUMT, the module of a geographic information system of OPTIMUM the GIS Monitoring with a corporate information system on the 1C Platform is executed.
Project Results
Mobile staff of the company got access to databases of outlets and goods, a possibility of accomplishment of certain scenarios "on a point", simplification of the procedure of filling of the reporting including by means of additional function of attachment of photographic materials. Accounting of commodity and financial interaction with outlets became as a result simpler, time of stay of the employee in outlet was reduced.
The binding of location of the employee and coordinates of accomplishment of actions on the mobile device with the addresses of outlets expanded possibilities of control of activity of field employees.
Automation of work of merchandisers and sales representatives allowed to increase efficiency of their work that provided growth of satisfaction of partners and expansion of presence of products of the company at outlets of the region. |
