On April 29, 2016 the 1C-Rarus company announced automation of personnel records and payroll based on software "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" in Konversiya LLC.
Project Results
As a result of automation of section of accounting activity in the company are automated:
- the HR policy in club
- payroll
- management of financial motivation of employees and personnel office-work
All charges are reflected in costs of club now, and all reporting is prepared automatically.
Automation of calculations reduced load of accounting, possible errors at calculations are excluded and preparation of financial statements is accelerated. In the program there are functions for the analysis of list of specialists and requirements planning in personnel.
