The manufacturer of the electrometallurgical equipment optimized the system of accounting

Since 2013 the enterprise by own efforts implements the 1C: Enterprise Accounting 8 software product. By the end of the first quarter there were unresolved questions by determination of a financial result, accounting of the VAT and calculations of income tax. Risks of delivery of incorrect quarter tax statements were high. The analysis, development of recommendations and implementation of corrective actions in the directions became the purpose of the consulting project behind which implementation JSC Sibelektroterm addressed to the Novosibirsk branch "1C-Rarus":

• account policy of accounting and tax accounting;
• reflection of economic transactions in the 1C: Enterprise Accounting 8 software product, their compliance to the legislation and account policy;
• accounting of the VAT and reporting on the VAT;
• calculation of income tax;
• formation of accounting and tax statements.

During the project the following works were performed:

• the analysis of the existing accounting system on correctness of reflection of transactions is carried out;
• recommendations about reduction of accounting in compliance with requirements of the plant, the current legislation and the account policy operating at the enterprise regarding taxation are developed;
• recommendations about accounting in the 1C: Enterprise Accounting 8 software product on reflection of production operations, settlings with partners, reflection of currency transactions, including modeling of a system on test examples are made;
• the methodology on tax accounting is developed, algorithms of the cost accounting and closing of the period on tax accounting are corrected, accounting on PBU 18/02 is configured;
• the analysis of correctness of accounting of the VAT, formation of purchase ledgers and sales is carried out;
• for ensuring accomplishment of regulatory requirements Tax Code of the Russian Federation the order of compensation of the VAT on the purchased Inventories, goods, services used at production, the standard configuration "1C: Enterprise Accounting 8" sold for export taking into account opportunities is offered.

The document "Report on Results of Audit of an Enterprise Information System" in which information on diagnostics of an accounting system on sections of regulated accounting is reflected is developed. Specialists of the Novosibirsk branch "1C-Rarus" planned the sequence of accomplishment of processes by the staff of the enterprise, organized joint work and executed control data validation of accounting and tax accounting.

As a result correctly and in full the following sections of accounting are brought into operation:

• accounting of Inventories and trade operations;
• accounting of OS and intangible assets;
• production accounting;
• accounting of cash flows;
• accounting and tax accounting;
• the regulated reporting.
