In April the project on setting of a management system in Sibgeoproyekt company started. The contractor for execution of works selected the Siberian office INTALEV Group. The first functional unit Organizational engineering is at the moment complete and development of a new system of motivation of personnel is conducted.

The design institute Sibgeoproyekt LLC is the leader in the field of design of mining and processing enterprises. Activity of the company covers the most part of the territory of Russia: Kuzbass, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Krasnodar Krai, Republic of Khakassia, Republic of Buryatia, Ryazan region, etc. Within the Motivation of Personnel block it is going to develop performance indicators for the staff of Sibgeoproyekt, to set planned standards. Also criteria for evaluation of accomplishment of the plan and achievement of results will be calculated. Thus, the salary of divisions will be put into dependence on the results achieved by them that will allow to increase efficiency and labor productivity. "Having summed up the results of 2010, - the chief executive of the company Dmitry Zaytsev comments, - we understood that we achieved all goals which planned for this period. We delivered before ourselves even more ambitious plans for the future, however the company considerably grew, and there was a need for a new management system. Thanks to the project we are going to increase by 2015 performance and revenue of the company by 10 times".
