Siblift upgrades production management

On June 10, 2014 the corporation Parus reported about implementation of modules "PARUS is production management" and "PARUS is Management of business processes" in Siblift JSC company.

Project Tasks

Since the beginning of the project of automation in JSC Siblift are implemented and system modules PARUS develop: "Personnel management", "Payroll", Accounting, "Purchase management by a warehouse and implementation", Production management, "Management of business processes".

Project Progress

In 2013 implementation of the module "PARUS-production management" solves key problems of automation of production process:

• planning of finished product output,
• calculation of the podetalny potsekhovy production schedule taking into account a remaining balance of ready parts and parts in work in progress,
• calculation of need for labor resources, the equipment, materials on the production program,
• calculation of normative and actual cost using different schemes of calculation.

Project Results

Using a special superstructure interaction between systems PARUS and Omega Production is organized. It provided receipt of results of work of design-technology divisions of the enterprise in the online mode in a system PARUS, use as an original informatin for economic calculations.

For June 10, 2014 all basic functions of management of the enterprise are automated.
