On August 26, 2015 the 1C-Rarus company announced process automation of work with the innovation ideas by request of Sibur company.
Project Results
The Improvements by Small Steps program by means of which collecting of ten thousand of wishes and offers every year, their processing, the choice useful and their implementation in a short time is conducted is organized. Work in this direction needs to be organized top-level:
- conduct the general base of the ideas,
- protocols of expert advices,
- collecting of statistics,
- qualitative and quantitative analysis of the ideas.
It is necessary to receive operational analytics on changes and to control result of the embodiment of this or that idea.
Within the Improvements by Small Steps program the company carries regularly out collecting of the innovation ideas of employees. In Sibur with attention and gravity treats the ideas of the workers helping to optimize processes and to save resources. The company understands that only the personnel which are directly involved in production processes can show ways and means for improvement.
On the platform of the company, 2014
For the aid to specialists of the company the 1C-Bitriks24 corporate portal works. On its basis the module "Ideas" - the subsection of a corporate portal for management of collecting and processing of proposals of employees is created. Involved specialists in development of the module 1C-Rarus. Works were carried out in the territory, the equipment and the software Sibur.
Project Results
As a part of the section of a corporate portal about 70% of unique options in comparison with regular functionality of a system. The convenience of giving of the ideas provides the friendly interface clear to PC users of different levels.
For August 26, 2015 the company accepts the ideas from employees as in electronic form, and written on paper forms - about 4 thousand ideas monthly. A system helps specialists quickly and to accurately analyze requests, there is a possibility of processing of much bigger amount of data.
Roman Shapovalov, the senior manager of the Implementation of PSS program (Production System of the SIBUR), told:
- To suggest the idea, the employee fills out the form manually at the UMSh stand or in electronic form on a corporate portal. Then the request is transferred to a system, our specialists meet previously her. After that the idea is considered on expert advice of division. Exactly there the final decision on its destiny is made. We send some ideas to implementation at once, some we finish, and we reject a part of the ideas.
All accepted ideas are kept in uniform base, the separation of data and long search of the information required for preparation of the report, for commission sessions are excluded. Many times there takes place labor-intensive process of data analysis quicker. All results of the held commission sessions are kept on a corporate portal. The functionality of a system helps to build reports and diagrams on the basis of the entered data. Diagrams on activity of giving of the ideas, speeds of their implementation, the involvement of employees into process form. Economic effect of implementation of the ideas is calculated separately, but results of calculations are entered into the system without fail. Organizers of the Improvements by Small Steps program had an opportunity to analyze - from what structural divisions and from what employees the maximum number of the effective ideas comes.
- We had a program efficiency evaluation opportunity in general: dynamics of giving and implementation of the ideas, the loudspeaker of level of the involvement of employees is traced, - Roman Shapovalov emphasized. - We watch how the activity of employees in every month changes. For us an opportunity to precisely determine terms of implementation of the ideas also became important. So, for example, we learned that the ideas received in 2015 were implemented within 40 days, and a row from them - even earlier. All this allows us to plan accurately tasks of acceptance, the analysis and implementation of proposals of our employees. We already managed to optimize work with production divisions. In the future we are going to connect to new functionality of staff of the corporate center. Having collected all ideas in the single database, we study possibilities of distribution of the best ideas of "UMSh" on all platforms Sibur today.
