2023: ELAR PlanScan A2-400 Installation

ELAR PlanScan is installed in the Smolensk Notary Chamber. This was announced on March 22, 2023 by Elar.

On the domestic planetary scanner ELAR PlanScan A2-400 it is planned to digitize archival documents of various formats and physical condition.

The Smolensk Regional Notary Chamber, established in 1994, unites 46 notaries in 23 notarial districts of the region by March 2023. The work of NGOs is aimed at organizing and controlling the public legal activities of notaries, representing and protecting their interests, providing assistance and assistance in professional activities.

At the PlanScan A2-400 delivered by ELAR, it is planned to digitize the demanded archival documents, which will allow you to have prompt access to their electronic copies and exclude the loss of information contained in them. ELAR PlanScan A2 is one of the most sought-after models of ELAR scanners for high-quality streaming digitization. The complex of high-quality scanning will allow you to create electronic copies, including for any stitched documents - books, magazines, sheet sets, sealed contracts, cases and other originals with incomplete disclosure of the format to A2. A book cradle with a variable tilt angle of 120 or 180 degrees allows you to qualitatively digitize discarded documents that have a hard spine or a tight stitch. The contactless scanning method, in turn, eliminates the mechanical impact on the original and allows you to carefully digitize even dilapidated archival documents.

Working with the scanner is as simple as possible and will allow any employee of the organization to scan the required amount of documents. With the help of the ELAR PlanScan embedded software, it allows you to process the received images and save them to the scanner memory, to an external USB drive and to a single notary information system.
