"South Ural Chamber of Commerce and Industry" optimizes archival business with the help of "Etlas-soft"

2022: Implementation of electronic archive "Etla" version 7.0

The Union "South Ural Chamber of Commerce and Industry" improves its work and introduces current methods of record keeping. Now instead of a voluminous and bulky paper archive in the Union, the electronic archive "Etla" is used. This was reported on February 17, 2023 by Etlas-Soft.

Together executive and legislative bodies of the Chelyabinsk region JUUTPP with, it solves the key tasks economic development of the social region, including in legislative and legislative processes, participates in the development and implementation of most regional and municipal programs.

In its activities, the Union closely interacts not only with the organizations included in it, but also with a large number of partners and counterparties. Obviously, the active work of the Union is accompanied by a large number of incoming and outgoing correspondence and other documents, including electronic ones. That is why for more efficient work with documents, the leadership of the YUUTPP decided to gradually introduce electronic document management, and start with the reorganization of archival business.

To this end, the South Ural tradeindustrial Chamber acquired license version 7.0 of the Etla electronic archive for use, supplementing its server control over the functioning of the system. And since legally significant electronic document flow it involves the signing of qualified documents, the electronic digital signature (EDS) electronic archive system has been supplemented with an appropriate module. 

The JUUTPP specialists completed the installation and deployment of the archive on their own:

• installed the archive software on the server;
• adjusted the system to suit your needs;
• formed system directories and classifiers;
• Set up access levels for employees and employee groups
• connected additional modules.

From the side of Etlas-Soft, minimal explanations were required, which were given remotely. The electronic archive "Etla" is an entirely domestic development. This guarantees reliable technical support for its operation. The leadership of the YUUTPP reasonably expects that the current tools for working with electronic documents will allow the Union to remain among the most effective organizations not only in the Chelyabinsk region, but also in the Russian Federation as a whole.
