ANO Soyuzexpertiza has taken an important step towards digitalization and increasing the efficiency of document storage and processing processes. On the basis of the ETLA electronic archive system, the Standard package was introduced, which provided the company with convenient and quick access to an extensive archive of documents. This was announced by Atlas Soft on December 13, 2024.

The implemented archive "ETLA" was provided to the customer in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode, which made it possible to deploy it on a rented server in a modern data center. The availability of the system in the "cloud" format gives the company the advantages associated with the convenience of working anywhere with secure access, as well as reducing the cost of its own IT infrastructure.

Within the framework of the project, Etla - specialists Software ensured not only the deployment of the system, but also integration with third-party applications. Thanks to the additional module "Integration with third-party applications," the import of previously accumulated documents from the file repository was automated, which minimized the time for transferring existing documents to an electronic archive.

In addition, the ETLA performance monitoring system is installed, which allows you to effectively manage server resources and automate administration processes. The performance monitoring module includes:

• Monitor disk space to prevent overflow;
• Control the operation of all servers of the system, ensuring stability and availability;
• Automated backup of documents and databases;
• Check the integrity of backups, which minimizes the risk of data loss;
• Verifying modules for damage, including virus threats, which maintains a high level of security.

For the convenience of electronic archive users, specialists have made a number of important settings. The following were carried out:

• Register users and form groups to provide flexibility in the distribution of roles and responsibilities.
• Set up a document storage structure with easy search and navigation through the archive.
• Distribution of access rights to ensure the confidentiality of information, which allows users to see only those documents that they need.
• Adding reference books and setting attributes for three key document types, including automatic numbering and file naming, which speeds up search and minimizes error.
• Set up automatic import of documents using XML files, which simplifies archive replenishment and eliminates the need for manual entry.

The "ETLA" system ensures full compliance with the requirements of security, confidentiality and convenience. SOYUZEXPERTIZA now has a reliable tool for long-term storage of documents, which guarantees data protection and ease of use.
