Spetsstroyservice optimizes storage of documents

On October 11, 2013 the 1C-Rarus company announced creation in Federal State Unitary Enterprise Spetsstroyservice of uniform storage of documents, on the projects performed for the enterprises of Federal Agency for Special Construction on the platform of the solution "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP".

Project Tasks

Earlier project information was stored in spreadsheets, in different divisions of the enterprise. Check and data analysis took a lot of time. The reports received by the management not always contained necessary data that complicated status monitoring of affairs and search of ways for optimization of work of the enterprise.

The management of Spetsstroyservice made the decision - to organize storage of all documents in electronic form. For this purpose the information system providing was required:

• Storage and fast representation to employees of the authentic, supported with documents information on each transaction;
• Control of execution of each transaction both with the supplier, and with the customer, regarding payment of deliveries.

Project Progress

Execute the project invited 1C-Rarus company. Specialists of 1C-Rarus company offered model of creation of a system at which the uniform storage of documents will be organized using the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP program. For obtaining operational information about course of execution of transactions by customers and suppliers this program can be integrated with the program "1C: Management of construction organization 8" - it is already used in Federal State Unitary Enterprise Spetsstroyservice.

Project Results

Integration "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP" and "1C: Management of construction organization 8" is implemented data exchange about partners and economic transactions for tracking of execution of the project. It allows to avoid duplication of works and provides completeness of project information, time of providing to the management of data on the course of accomplishment of transactions and financial information was considerably reduced.
