The new shop of Sportlandiya network is automated in five days

The new shop of network of sports shops "Sportlandiya" (Sochi) completed automation based on the solution "1C: Retail 8 Clothing store and footwear" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. The project is executed by 1C-Rarus company.

The project is executed in five working days. In a project deliverable the client had an opportunity to exercise control over sales of goods, to create different analytical reports. Detailed control on collections, seasons and other analytical characteristics is implemented. For acceleration of start of shop initial filling of base according to the directory of the producer is executed. The selling assistant can obtain from a system any information on existence of goods and also on goods with similar characteristics.

Upon the demand of the client the additional functionality for work with price lists and electronic documents of suppliers is added to a system. Control automation by warehouse stocks gave an opportunity to exercise control of trade inventories and a commodity remaining balance that allows to avoid overstocking and deficit of goods.

For providing different discounts a discount system is implemented that positively affected growth of the sales demand. System implementation allowed to lower staff costs – in new shop less personnel were employed, than it was originally planned. Solution integration with a retail store equipment is executed at the expense of what processes of acceptance, sale and inventory of goods are automated.

According to Artyomova Natalya Andreevna managing Sportlandiya shop thanks to implementation of an information system the company quickly obtains data for the analysis and control of work of shop, calculation of its profitability. Accounting is performed, discount programs are implemented. In a short space of time the shop reached complete self-sufficiency, and it is the main project deliverable.
