2023: Scaling IT Infrastructure

The X-Com Group of Companies on April 6, 2023 announced that it had scaled the IT infrastructure of St. Petersburg Peter the Great Polytechnic University (SPbPU).

Due to the moral obsolescence and technical wear of the existing fleet of equipment, the customer needed to equip the workplaces of the administration, researchers and faculty with modern computers.

X-Com specialists conducted a pre-design survey of the university's existing IT infrastructure, including applied software and hardware solutions, client systems and tools. As a result, recommendations for the composition of workplaces were developed, technical specifications were drawn up, including requirements for equipment and its typification depending on the profile of tasks performed by personnel.

Based on the data obtained, the selection and delivery of Acer Veriton all-in-one units Z4880G a diagonal of 23.8 'with pre-installed OCWindows 10 Pro as the most fully meeting the customer's requirements was carried out. The equipment is integrated into the information system of the university, all the necessary commissioning work and testing have been completed. The project was carried out in strict accordance with the contractual conditions in terms of scope, terms, warranty obligations.
