2022: Implementation of "Fair Sign" marking
Docrobot announced on October 21, 2022 the introduction of the Fair Sign marking for the tobacco manufacturer Stadium.
The company "Stadium" produces products according to quality standards and complies with the norms of legislation. When the requirement to label goods to reduce counterfeit became mandatory, the company immediately decided to connect to the national Fair Sign labeling system and automatically record each unit of product. For this, the company needed the help of qualified specialists. The main criterion when choosing an executor is the experience of introducing labeling at work and expertise in choosing equipment. Another condition - labeling should not burden employees of production and related departments with routine operations. Docrobot meets these criteria and has become a contractor for the project.
Before the start of the project, they held a consultation on the labeling requirements in the industry, examined in detail the operations that are carried out through the Honest Sign service. We prepared a detailed plan - it allowed us to gradually move towards the result and not forget about important aspects. All labeling operations have been configured for enterprise business processes. First of all, they launched an order for marking codes from Honest Sign in accordance with the production plan. Codes must be printed and placed on the packaging of goods, so then they created labels for packs and blocks of tobacco products. To eliminate duplication and re-printing of codes, a register of manufactured products was organized. Thanks to him, information about the codes that are applied to the products is sent to Honest Sign. You cannot reprint a code that has already been entered on an item.
To work with labeled products, two scenarios were created: with and without aggregation. At the final stage of the project, the shipment of labeled products was established in a sample log, which makes it possible to control the path of each pack of cigarettes from the conveyor to the store shelf. To do this, the document "Selection Task" has been implemented in the shipment process, which the storekeeper considers the starting point for the shipment. The scenario may vary depending on the situation. If the product was ordered by the buyer, it will automatically fall into the selection document, you will not have to scan the code. And if the product is shipped from the warehouse, it is scanned at the moment of execution of the "Selection Task" to control at what moment and what codes are transferred to the buyer.
The labeling was introduced without reducing the company's productivity: the work did not stop for a minute, the goods continued to be delivered as usual. Just two weeks after the start, the Stadium began producing products with marking codes. Adaptation to business processes continued for another three months. Thanks to this, the labeling was able to be entered into production so that it takes up a minimum of time and effort of employees, but at the same time meets all the requirements of the law.
The Stadium case shows how different the current accounting systems are and how far they are from instance accounting. With the introduction of marking in the company, a unit is born - the marking code. Special reading and processing devices are required to carry out business operations with it. Understanding the production processes of the customer, the company can orient it about the possible options for soft integration of accounting and selection criteria for practice - this will save time and money that will have to be spent on correcting errors, noted Evgeny Shelkovnikov, CEO Docrobot.
