Starbank (Circuit)

The Zirvan company expands use of the Circuit Corporation BPM system in Starbank. Within the new project it is going to implement a management system for budget requests and to automate schedule system of sales of products.

For the solution of these tasks the Budget of Household Expenses and Financial planning applications will be used. This stage is continuation of the large-scale project within which in the III quarter 2007 in bank the system of management accounting and an oeprational risk management system were brought into operation.

It is supposed that the module "Budget of Household Expenses" will allow to arrange planning of overhead budgets and the capital investments. Use built in the workflow system will also allow to accelerate approval of budget requests between territorial subdivisions of bank, and electronic approval of requests for household expenses should promote quality improvement and transparency of passing of payments.

A system will be integrated from the core banking system Colvir Banking System operated in bank for automation of process of input of payment orders and the matching which is carried out payment with requests for payment.

The module "Financial planning" will allow to perform sales planning of products in all bank branches by uniform rules, with control of regulations and when ensuring automatic check on compliance with the set management of bank of target values of key indicators (KPI). All project works are going to be completed in the summer of 2008 that will allow to start operation of both modules already in the second half of the year 2008.
