The Terrasoft group began work on Terrasoft CRM implementation project in Avtotreyd AG company - the largest car dealer of Volkswagen in Russia.
The Avtotreyd AG company began the choice of a system near to a floor a year ago. The internal tender for the choice of the supplier of the CRM system was held. In spite of the fact that the Volkswagen company proposes to dealers the solution for maintaining the customer base, Avtotreyd AG made a choice for benefit of Terrasoft CRM.
According to Yury Orlov, the head of department of IT of Avtotreyd AG company, consolidation in a common information space of five existing automation systems was the main objective: Aurora, the electronic Etka directory, the information system Elsa, the accounting system of 1C and Turbo Avto – a centralized system of Volkswagen. Except creation of logic of integration with the existing systems integration with contact center and with the automation system of customer service of the company is necessary. A problem of the CRM system of Terrasoft to provide an opportunity for work with data from all applications in the unified information system of the company.
Use of the Terrasoft system will allow to optimize work of sales department due to automation of key business processes, maintaining marketing activity, and also automation of work of contact center. Special attention will be paid to maintaining in the system of economy of the car that will significantly facilitate work of managers on sale.
