The state archive of the Magadan region began to use "ELAR of Skanimidzh"

On June 13, 2018 ELAR company announced implementation in State Archive of the Magadan Region (SAMR) of the software "ELAR of Skanimidzh" for processing of electronic copies of documents. The staff of archive carries out acceptance, the accounting, permanent storage and scientific use of Archive fund of area, provides public services in the field of archiving.

"ELAR of Skanimidzh" is applied as the external software to work with digital images of inventories and documents: specialists of the State archive of the Magadan region create electronic fund of use of archive documents using the Planskan ELAR scanner A2VTs-600. After scanning digital copies remain in a separate directory and in it are processed by means of "ELAR of Skanimidzh". Software corrects distortion of an image most of which often arises at digitization of documents with incomplete disclosure and automatically improves all parameters of electronic copies – deletes "noise", spots, aligns and cuts off an image at the edges and also supports different options of preserving of files, in particular creation of indexed PDF with an opportunity to look for information on the text of the document.

"As software supports loading of files from external sources, it can be used not only with the equipment of a line "ELARSKAN", but also during the work with other scanning devices.
