About use of the products "Signatek" in the State Committee of national security of Kyrgyzstan

In 2008 the State committee of national security and Service of national protection bought the products of the Moscow company Onx-line and Novosibirsk Signatek intended for interception and telephone recording. Their price was three times lower, than at the alternative solution of the Israeli company Verint.
In 2010 in Kyrgyzstan scandal because of leakages of telephone negotiations of a number of politicians, including Maxim Bakiev - the son of the ex-president of the republic Kurmanbek Bakiev and also members of the succeeded Bakiev's regime of Provisional government ran high. The Kyrgyz service "Radio Svoboda" made investigation and stated that products of the Russian companies - Phantom from Onx-line and Courier from Signatek - contained the "holes" allowing foreign intelligence agencies to get access to negotiations of the Kyrgyz subscribers. Affirmed that the corresponding passwords to spetsslzhuba were reported by developers.
In 2015 a conversation with authors of the book Red Web published in the USA by the Russian journalists, the deputy director general of Signatek Sergey Pykhtunov and the CEO of Onx-line Sergey Borodetskoy rejected the participation in these leaks. Despite scandal, in Kyrgyzstan continued cooperation with these companies[1].
