The large-scale project is implemented in the State Research and Production Space Center of Khrunichev: PLM system

Based on the solutions Siemens PLM Software in the State Research and Production Space Center of Khrunichev started project implementation of implementation of product lifecycle management systems.

To tasks

The project provides implementation as the corporate standard CADCAM//CAE-a system NX and also systems Teamcenter and Tecnomatix.

Global task - increase in production volume of the new and modified products, reduction of terms of their development and costs for technology preparation of production.

The project provides scaling of the solution and the unified technology in other branches and the enterprises under control of the State Research and Production Space Center of Khrunichev: Software "Weeds" (Omsk), CB Armatura (Kovrov), CB Himicheskogo mashinostroyeniya (Queens), Khrunichev Telecom (Moscow), "scientific research institute of the Space systems" (Queens), Voronezh Mechanical Plant, JSC CB of Chemical Automatic Equipment (Voronezh) and JSC "Proton"-PM (Perm).

Ensuring management and control of accomplishment of the course of the project, the organization of a single system of the reference and regulating documentation and management of structure of products of the State Research and Production Space Center of M.V. Khrunichev is supposed to provide with use of the Teamcenter system.

Pilot part

Within a pilot project the unified solution based on NX and Teamcenter for automation of design-technology preparation of production is fulfilled (maintaining the electronic model and structure of a product, archive of documentation, library, requirements management and changes, technology structure of a product, the organization of maintaining intershop routes of production, the organization of development of managing programs for the CNC equipment, etc.)
