In Nour-Sultan's state archive the uniform archival information system is implemented and the scanning equipment "Elar" is supplied

On July 4, 2019 ELAR company reported that within the Development strategy of the State archive of the city of Nur-Sultan for 2019-2021 the Uniform archival information system based on the AIS ELAR-archive was implemented and the professional scanning equipment of the ELAR domestic brand is supplied.

The state archive of the city of Nur-Sultan is included into a single system of archiving of the Republic of Kazakhstan and extends the functions to departmental archives and documentation of the organizations which are in the territory of the city and also to the documents carried to the structure of National archive fund of the Republic. Archive of the city of Nur-Sultan, stored in which there are 696 funds with a total amount more than 357 thousand units of storage from 1915 for 2019, began to use actively all advantages of a digital format of modern technologies. Thanks to the information system developed by ELAR corporation activity of archive in the field of rendering services to physical persons and legal entities in issue of references is automated, - annually organization solves about 10 thousand social and legal queries.

Automation of process allowed us to increase considerably quality of the rendered services and at the same time to reduce both labor costs of specialists, and waiting time on requests of documents. Implementation of an information system gave us the chance to withdraw originals of especially important, special and demanded documents from circulation and in general to increase availability of archive information to citizens and legal entities, speaks Moldabekova A.H., the associate director of the State archive of the city of Nur-Sultan

Also in 2019 the domestic high-performance equipment of ELAR was supplied to State archive of the city of Nur-Sultan: planetary Planskan scanner of A2VTs, Powerskan ELAR Scanner, high-speed line Elar SKAMAKS scanner.

Strategy implementation on development of the state archive and implementation of technologies will allow us to provide development of archiving at the level of the advanced global trends.
