State farm Alekseevsky (Lexema)

In the GUSP State farm Alekseevsky a common information space in which closely I interact practically all services of the enterprise is organized. In one information system are automated managerial, accounting and tax accounting.

2008

In March, 2018 the agreement on upgrade of a system in connection with new problems of a system and new business processes of the enterprise was signed.

The agreement of upgrade included the following systems:

Retail through brand stores

The functionality of shops is implemented in web architecture. Summary information on work of shops is under construction online without use of technology of replication of data. The information access is defined by the appointed rights.

• Sales with a design and printing of the check of the CR
• Registrations of return from the buyer
• Search and viewing checks of the CR and checks of the CR for return
• Connection of a retail store equipment: fiscal registrars, scanners of barcodes, electronic scales, acquiring terminals
• Installation of discounts/margins depending on the amount in the check, a type of goods, sale time, etc.; the choice of different types of payments at the checkout
• X-report and Z-report on cash desk

Wholesale

Functionality

• formations of requests from buyers taking into account stock balance and the expected receipts;
• possibility of data acquisition from a system exchange of electronic documents and EDI messages from buyers for formation of requests;
• control of debt of buyers, according to contractual commitments, with a possibility of blocking of shipment to this buyer;
• formations of printed forms of shipment documents for buyers (forms are defined according to the diagram of the document flow accepted at the enterprise);
• conducting calculations by agreements (group of agreements) and specifications;
• conducting calculations taking into account payment stages;
• reportings about dynamics of sales by sales managers, products, segments of buyers;
• possibility of formation of any reports.

Auxiliary productions

All modules of Lexema are separated among themselves conditionally (using access rights) and are a part of one system. Reference books of a system (including an organization structure, workers) are uniform for all system and are used in all modules.

In a stage of a pilot project there is implementation of the Lexema-SR robot – the robot on recognition of primary documents. By means of a recognition algorithm the robot classifies any primary documents by types, selects reference books in the accounting system, compares on partners, materials and services, ties invoices to delivery notes and agreements, does postings by a one click of a key.

2004

For June, 2004 in a system modules are started:

  • calculation of regulations of developments and quotations for payment of the performed works (specialists, links, other workers);
  • daily link accounting of a worked time;
  • dresses on execution of works (specialists, links, other workers);

  • a pumping out of data in the module "Salary";

For July, 2003 in a system the following modules function:
