2025: Implementation of "1C:ERP"

On April 25, 2025, Severstal-Infocom announced the introduction of the 1C:ERP information system at STALEMAL LLC. The project covered several important areas: regulated and management accounting, warehouse accounting, treasury, production. In addition, the system was integrated with other software products: 1S:ZUP, the GP address storage system in the warehouse - 1C: Cortes, Kontur Diadoc, Kontur-EDI, as well as with the enterprise website.

According to the company, one of the key achievements of the project was the automation of production processes. Previously, many operations required manual information entry, which slowed down work and increased the risk of errors. With the introduction of the ERP system, it was possible to minimize the human factor, which led to an increase in the accuracy and speed of tasks. In addition, the cost calculation methodology was changed, which made it possible to more accurately take into account the costs of alterations and optimize financial planning.

Integration of the ERP system with existing solutions also provided several capabilities. For example, the connection to the payroll module helped to automate the calculation of piecework wage figures and reduce the processing time. Address storage in the warehouse, integrated with ERP, simplified logistics and optimized the processes of shipment of finished products.

Over the years, IT Severstal has implemented about 100 projects to implement various solutions based on 1C Enterprise"." As of April 2025, employees of 1C Severstal-Infokom's Corporate Process Center support more than 90 different companies. About 1,000 requests are processed and successfully closed per month.

Severstal's IT function is not only responsible for manufacturing support and development of solutions for Severstal's businesses. For several years now, we have been developing IT consulting services for external companies. They include the implementation and maintenance of corporate-wide applications, as well as the audit and refinement of existing systems and process reengineering. The introduction of the ERP system in STALEMAL required not only technical changes, but also a revision of many business processes. Thanks to the training of staff and their involvement in the digital transformation of the company, the transition to another system turned out to be smooth. Such large-scale launches are successful only in conditions of close collaboration with the customer, and the implementation project at STALEMAL once again confirmed this. We are pleased that by combining our competencies, we managed not only to optimize internal processes, but also to increase the transparency and manageability of the company.
