It took away considerable resources, also at input and data analysis mistakes which resulted in inaccuracies in purchases were made. For decrease in labor costs and increase in efficiency of the organization by the management of holding the decision on automation of all purchasing system was made. The IBS company selected thanks to experience with solutions 1C including at the agricultural enterprises became the technology partner of the project.
Implementation of 'A personal account of the supplier' as separate information base for protection of confidential purchasing data became feature of the project for Step agroholding. This non-standard platform implemented based on the product '1C: Holding Management' performs two important functions: provides submission of offers by the supplier and his access to the announced lots and also provides it an access to the information of the signed agreements and supply requisitions, told Dmitry Vasilyev, the director of practice of 1C in IBS company
