After implementation of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management and Storverk: CRM was adjusted the following exchange:

  • From online store information on Visits on the website, Orders from the website (including nomenclature positions), the Advertising source comes to CRM (contextual advertizing, SEO, social networks, direct run, a retargeting, etc.);
  • From CRM order status information comes to online store (in a personal account of the client) it (is paid, shipped, delivered, executed) thanks to what the client always sees up-to-date information. The manager also has access to this information and in case of need can consult the client without requesting information from a warehouse;
  • In the report ""Marketing efficiency analysis"" the end-to-end analytics from the Lead is visible (the request from the website) to Profit from each advertizing source, ROI automatically is calculated - it is coefficient of the profit got owing to costs for marketing activity and DRR is a share of advertizing expenses which shows a ratio of costs and real money which were received by the advertiser.

Project Result

As the Customer order from the website forms automatically, the manager does not need most to drive in data and to call up to the client thanks to what 900 orders a month which processed 4 managers earlier and 1 logistician process 2 operators now. In addition, to the client the automatic notification by e-mail or the SMS on an order status arrives. Thanks to end-to-end analytics of all advertizing sources it was succeeded to optimize an advertizing campaign in Yandex.Direct, Google AdWords and social networks.

Permanent profit increase against the background of considerable cost reduction for work of the sales manager and expenses on advertizing promotion is recorded. The 100ing.ru online store left and was fixed on B2B the market of sales of food ingredients.
