The priority was the task of developing exports of products to Europe and China. To do this, it was necessary to automate production lines first. Since the volumes gradually increased and it became clear: the "woman with an oar" simply could not cope with stirring the knuckle in the boiler, her hands would "fall off" by the end of the shift.

The second stage was planned to automate warehouse accounting. Since the creators of the "Stolbushinsky product" began with completely manual work. Later, all information from the production site began to be entered into "1C: Small Business Management 1.6" manually, which was often accompanied by human errors and was reflected in the balances and total profit. And the manager, together with partners, began to look for new options for work: he turned to design bureaus, analyzed the market, got acquainted with the experience of colleagues and competitors.

Tasks

When creating documents in the accounting system, you have to perform many different actions: specify the counterparty and the base parameters, enter the name of the product, put the quantity, set the price if necessary. Can you make it so that all this is automatically done on its own? You can! Provided that your employees use specialized software that is responsible for data processing and mobile computers designed to read barcodes to record goods.

The main task that the implementation of software and shipping documentation was to solve was the refusal to manually perform warehouse operations. Automation of production lines made it possible to increase the production of bitten to 10-13 tons, tea - to 1 ton per month. Currently, the plant employees work in 2 shifts. But the management plans to launch the third shift and produce 5 tons more of shot-down. Jam at the factory is a "companion product," which for the season is sold for 1 ton of different types.

Now the work with data collection terminals is as follows: the storekeeper forms a bill of issue in 1C, on the basis of which he collects orders for shipment using the shipping documentation. It is impossible to accept one type of product for another - a notification about an erroneously scanned barcode appears on the device screen after the sound signal.

Result

Working with your hands is good and right. But do not be afraid of the progress that automation promises. It does not replace people, but is designed to free up time for other, equally important tasks that simply cannot be solved without human participation. And for management, this is also an ideal tool for controlling the team.

The use of "Warehouse 15" and shipping documentation made it possible to increase the efficiency of the warehouse employees and ensure the traceability of goods in all areas. Human errors that occurred during the assembly and shipment of products by batches were completely eliminated. Now storekeepers are not looking for the desired name in the document, but simply scan the barcode of one unit of production or the entire box.
