The 1C-Rarus company automated personnel records and payroll in Stroymekhservice of Metrostroy civil engineering firm. Program capabilities "1C:" personnel office-work, a time recording allowed to conduct management of construction organization 8, to calculate taxes, the salary, to reflect the salary in regulated accounting. The important task of maintaining an item-by-item time recording and salary accrual is solved. Settlement process of the monthly salary by 3 times is as a result accelerated.

The civil engineering firm Stroymekhservice of Metrostroy LLC is created in 2001 by the Moscow Metrostroy for accomplishment of tasks of construction of Moscow Metro and accomplishment of city construction orders. Core activities – rendering services of mechanization by the construction equipment, accomplishment of installation and construction works on the device of enclosing structures of ditches, the pile bases, anchor fastening of enclosing structures, retaining walls and so forth. The company also performs a complex of earthwork, beginning from development of ditches and finishing them with backfilling.

At the disposal of the enterprise - more than 300 units of the construction equipment and mechanisms, there is own production base. In the company the group of highly qualified specialists numbering over 750 people works.

Earlier payroll, taxes and insurance premiums one of divisions of the company which in January, 2012 was abolished performed. The information system used by his employees did not satisfy the management for a number of reasons, including because of not first line support of changes in the legislation. For submission of reports to the Social Insurance Fund and RPF additional programs were required, transfer of reports led to data loss and errors in calculations.

At abolition of division the decision on implementation of a new information system was made. With its help it was going to reach the following tasks:

  • Create in the company uniform base for accounting, having included in it all services of personnel records, payroll;
  • Provide timely payroll and tax liabilities;
  • Automate transfer process of the salary of personnel to personal accounts in banks;
  • Automate formation and submission of reports to RPF and Tax authorities.

Taking into account specifics of business the management Stroymekhservice of Metrostroy selected the software product "1C: Management of construction organization 8". He allowed to create uniform information base for conducting personnel records and payroll and also managerial, accounting and tax accounting and accounting of motor transport which too are demanded by the company. Involved specialists in project implementation 1C-Rarus.

Activity of staff of personnel department, groups of calculation of accounting and also progressmen on sections – only 30 jobs is automated. The created information system allows personnel of a message personnel office-work, a time recording, to calculate taxes, the salary and deviations, to reflect the salary in regulated accounting.

A system is customized under specifics of item-by-item accounting in Stroymekhservice of Metrostroy. The time recording of employees is kept on an object at which it works. According to a worked time salary accrual and reflection of salary in regulated accounting is also item-by-item conducted. In "1C: Management of construction organization 8" monthly forms a full-fledged picture of allocation of costs on the salary, taxes and contributions by all objects for each employee.

Specialists 1C-Rarus configured data exchange between a new information system and the internal database of the company. It allowed to process and load large volumes of information on work of employees.

As a result of project implementation Stroymekhservice of Metrostroy quickly receives the consolidated statements on the salary and personnel statistics of any degree of complexity.

Automation allowed to accelerate settlement process of the salary in a month by 3 times.

The number of the employees involved in processes of charge and salary payment is optimized twice.

Results of the project Elena Borisovna Mironenko, the chief financial officer comments on Stroymekhservice of Metrostroy: - All tasks set for the project on automation of personnel records and payroll are reached. During the project employees 1C-Rarus solved an important problem of maintaining an item-by-item time recording and salary accrual. The greatest effect of automation is traced in group of payroll calculation which could accelerate calculation of monthly salary by 3 times. From first month of operation of a system the staff of HR department estimated simplicity and convenience of work with the program. In our next plans there is implementation of other subsystems "1C: Management of construction organization 8" on conducting operational, accounting, tax, management accounting and also accounting of motor transport and agreements.
