Consist Business Group integrated the system of electronic passports for "Subaru Motor"

2021: Integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central into the system of electronic passports

"Consist Business Group" (enters into group LANIT) developed for Subaru Motor functionality integration software Microsoft Dynamics 365 of Business Central with the system of electronic passports. The solution corresponds to changes in Russian the legislation. LANIT reported about it on February 11, 2021.

Since November 1, 2020 in Russia ceased to issue the paper passport of vehicles (PV) of new cars. All made and imported cars should receive electronic passports. It was necessary for autodistributors and car dealers in advance it will be prepared for this change.

The Subaru Motor conducts operational processes in a corporate system based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. It was necessary for accomplishment of conditions of the Russian legislation and transfer of PTS to the system of electronic passports to specialists of Consist Business Group in a short time, from March to October, 2020, to develop new functionality.

For accomplishment of an assigned task the block in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - "Integration of SEP" was implemented. At the same time information for filling of primary data in the created block comes by migration from a former system based on NAV.

In fact we managed to make intermediate transition from the old version of a corporate system of NAV to MS D365 BC in practice. Yes, it is one block, but the important and conforming to relevant requirements of the Russian legislation and also helping to do uninterruptedly distribution business so far.
