Sunrise Tour starts a corporate portal

On March 25, 2014 the Sunrise Tour company announced implementation of the WorkLite.Portal corporate portal of Worklite Systems company on the MS platform of Sharepoint 2013.

Project Tasks

Before department on work with personnel of Sunrise Tour company there was a problem of operational implementation of a corporate portal on the Microsoft Sharepoint Server 2013 platform. The solution should replace an outdated system in which the staff of the company worked.

As integrator selected the Worklite Systems company which offered a ready-made product of WorkLite.Portal 2013.

The main objective of engineers of "Worklite Systems" - maximum "socialization" the interface modules, employees, necessary for informatization of a working space, and evident convenience of obtaining information at visit of a corporate portal. On the first place on importance set the task to provide requirements to functionality, availability of the modern interface and detailed information representation from internal databases of the company, according to the stated requirements.

Project Progress

Project implementation is carried out to extremely short temporary terms. Taking into account integration of Phonebook of the portal with a personnel 1C system, applications of the corporate color scheme, duration of works was less than 2 months.

Among necessary functionality adjustment of modules was especially selected:

• Organization structure
• Phonebook
• Interactive news,
• Birthdays and new employees
• Location-based informers,
• Requests and armoring,
• Corporate calendars,
• Work with departments in specifics of setting and control of execution of instructions,
• Maintaining projects
• Integration with third-party software and systems.

Project Results

The implemented solution as much as possible provides required functionality.
