The VIDEOCONFERENCING of Vinteo provided holding the first online meetings of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation

2020: Implementation of Vinteo Video Core

On April 21, 2020 it became known that the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation held the online meetings on civil cases through a web conference designed to reduce possible risks to health of participants of processes in the period of a pandemic. In a day 6 cases in which 9 people participated in the remote mode were carried out. For the organization of meetings the system of a video conferencing (further – VKS) the Russian producer Vinteo was used. Further remote meetings on the planned diagram in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation will also be held using this solution.

As it was reported, the Vinteo VKS system connected the courtroom in Moscow where there were three judges, and the parties on cases in point which participated in processes of the house, being in different regions of Russia (including deleted almost on 10 thousand km – in Vladivostok and Vilyuchinsk of Kamchatka Krai) and abroad (USA). Prior to court sessions to each participant (who beforehand took to court the relevant documents and identified and authentication via the portal of public services) the hyperlink on which in due time they left via the Internet from the personal computer to the virtual courtroom of the Supreme Court, in the video conference mode was sent to a personal account of court or public services.

The server of a multipoint video conferencing Vinteo which is directly in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation was used for the organization of sessions of video conference, at the same time its part was displaid in a public zone (Internet), with strict observance of security measures for participants of meetings. For providing the required high level of security connection with each conferee was ciphered according to the standard providing enciphering of flows.

We finished our server solution under requirements of judicial authority, made necessary changes to functionality. With result and the customer, and our company were satisfied – in the mode of online meetings the server showed real work at the worthy level. Difficulties at connection of the courtroom and the parties participating in process did not arise, despite presence at meetings of participants not only from Russia, but also from abroad. The first planned court sessions took place successfully. We are satisfied how the equipment of the developer was adapted for our requirements.
