Content

Stroy-Group LLC together with the partner in implementation by SoftBalance Group 1C completed implementation of the software product ": Management of construction organization 8".

Background

Due to constantly increasing volumes of the processed information and also with need of conducting management accounting, the software products used early ceased to meet requirements of the company, both on technical characteristics, and on the volume of obtained operational information for effective management of the enterprise. The decision on change of software products was made. The choice of company management stopped on the complex software product of the automated accounting for the organizations of the construction industry – "1C: Management of construction organization 8" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. As the partner for project implementation the SoftBalance Group was selected.

Goals and Objectives

The priority directions of automation became:

  • implementation of the financial block;
  • automation of primary procedural accounting and financial statements.

Changes of the block of procedural accounting and the reporting concerned generally features of Stroy-Group LLC.

Solution

Implementation of the financial block, automation of primary procedural accounting and financial statements became the priority directions of automation. Work on system implementation was constructed on technology of fast results and included the next stages:

  • Drawing up control example;
  • Fixing of necessary changes;
  • Commissioning;

First of all complete transfer of all reference information from the previous accounting systems of accounting, HR department and payroll is made. Then a remaining balance at the beginning of the period was transferred to a new system and in order that data transfer for previous periods for a possibility of formation of specific financial statements is very important executed.

The second stage modifies standard configurations "1C: Management of construction organization 8", the additional section of analytics is added. Changes of the block of procedural accounting and the reporting concerned generally the features of Stroy-Group LLC connected with item-by-item accounting and, as a result, need to make mechanisms the most convenient.
