In 4 months, the manufacturer and supplier of integrated solutions in the field of electricity distribution and industrial automation switched to import-independent intelligent business process management system and Directum RX documents and optimized work with primary documents and contracts.

The processes of six group companies in Russia and the Republic of Belarus are brought to a single standard. In the head division of Systham Electric, 80% of documents are stored in digital format.

As a result of the transition, it was possible:

• build contractual processes and reconciliation matrices while maintaining the logic familiar to employees for 98 document categories;
• reduce the time for processing letters by 5 times, contracts - by 3.5 times, primary documents - by 7.5 times, the inventory process - by 5 times using AI services;
• Configure Directum RX integration with other company information systems.

Managers were looking for a solution with high-quality and functional boxed content, which, with minimal refinements, could be used in a short time and opted for a domestic business process management system and Directum RX documents. The implementation work was carried out by the team of Avis Expert, Directum's business partner.

In the future, System Electric plans to introduce generative artificial intelligence from Directum, and is also considering the possibility of training intelligent services to work with hard HR documents.
