Choosing a Solution

From an analysis result of the market of management systems of FHD and studying of their opportunities as a basis of the new information management system the enterprise specialists of the plant selected the Galaktika ERP system. As the contractor on implementation of an information system the Galaktika Corporation acted.

Solution

Creation of a new management system was carried out in three directions:

• management of finance and logistics, inventory control;
• personnel management and payroll;
• accounting.

The project on creation of the automated control system for the enterprise started in September, 1999. Works on all three directions were conducted in parallel and were almost complete by May, 2000.

Result

Start of the Galaktika ERP system in commercial operation for JSC Syzran Refinery provided:

• possibility of maintaining uniform base of the normative reference information;
• accounting of operations on purchase, movement, implementation of MTR, rendering and consumption of services;
• accounting of the movement of means of payment of the enterprise;
• personnel records, accounting of settlings with personnel;
• accounting and tax accounting;
• calculation of planned and actual cost of GP;
• planning of terms of a stop of the equipment on TORO, input of the equipment in work
• timely obtaining reliable and consistent information about financial and economic activity of the enterprise.
