2020: Integration of 21 heat points into the total ASDU
Syzran heating networks are moving to a "deserted" control technology. This was announced by Krug on December 10, 2020.
The project of integration of 21 central heating stations (CTP) located in different areas of the city into the existing automated control system (ASDU) of heating networks in Syzran has been completed
The central heating points of the heating networks of Syzran are structurally part of the Syzran CHPP - Samara Branch of PJSC T Plus.
The main goal of the project is to increase the economic efficiency of Syzran heating networks due to the transition to the "deserted technology" of CTP management.
ASDU with heating networks in Syzran operates on the basis of the Russian program and technical complex KRUK-2000
The WS of the system dispatcher collects data of the main process parameters of heat supply from the CTP control cabinets and provides them with remote control commands. This allows you to determine the exact location of emergencies and respond to them in a timely manner.
Information exchange between controllers DevLink-C1000 and WS of dispatcher installed on DTC is performed via GSM/GPRS-channel of communication using GSM-modem built-in in controllers.
When creating the system, a typical solution for dispatching objects of a heat supply company was applied. In order to improve reliability, this solution provides 100% "hot" redundancy of the processor modules of the controller.
KRUK has completed a full range of system implementation works.
