2016: Implementation of "1C: Rental and Real Estate Management" Rental Management Solution

To automate the processes of this area, it was decided to use specialized industry software on the 1C: 1C: Rental and Real Estate Management platform.

Tasks

The functionality of the product helped solve the following problems:

• Real Estate Base Management.
• Accounting of lease agreements, supplementary agreements and other conditions under contracts.
• Batch generation of periodically generated documents (invoices, acts, invoices).
• Management of settlements with tenants for rent payments and other services.
• Formation of management reports on leases and real estate.
• Management of the operation of the property, including taking into account the relationship with tenants.

Results

Results of the implementation of the software product "1C: Rental and Real Estate Management":

• all operations on lease management and operation of objects are reflected in a single information base;
• the register of real estate objects, which are managed by the company, has been systematized;
• reduced labor costs for routine operations, including the formation of printed forms of lease agreements;
• increased transparency of obtaining technical information on real estate objects;
• information support for management decision-making was provided.
