2019: Implementation of PM Forsyth

Project Practice Group has developed AIS UPD for PJSC TATNEFT based on Forsyth PM. The key goal of the implementation was to optimize the company's information flows and processes related to project activities. The automated information system for managing the project activities of PJSC TATNEFT, configured during the implementation of Forsyth PM, was to provide convenience and ease of use, access from various devices and for geographically distributed participants, as well as meet the functional requirements of the Customer.

As part of a large-scale survey of the project management system in the external territories of PJSC TATNEFT, experts of Project Practice Group of Companies studied the existing business processes at facilities located outside the Republic of Tatarstan and proposed solutions aimed at improving the system. The platform for implementing improvements was the software and methodological complex of PM Forsyth.

The audit made it possible to develop the project management system of PJSC TATNEFT and contributed to improving the efficiency of the Company's business as a whole. The working documents and recommendations developed during the study formed the basis for the further development of AIS and project management in the company as a whole.
