  • Formation of the payment schedule to suppliers
  • Sales management, logistics and transport (SFM, WMS, TMS)
  • Sales (sale), service, marketing
  • Analysis of sales of ABC/XYZ
  • Settlement with buyers
  • Order placement of buyers
  • Sales planning
  • Sales accounting of Inventories
  • Pricing, price lists
  • Warehouse and logistics
  • Reservation of Inventories

Maintenance:

  • Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed
  • Works on updating of the platform and standard configurations, diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies are monthly performed
  • The Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used
  • Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
  • Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed
  • The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued
  • Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
  • At the request of the user the selection of consulting and methodical materials from an information system of the ITS PROF is performed
  • Setup and check of access to the Internet version of ITS and to Internet services "Ask a Question to the Line of Consultations of 1C", "Ask a Question to the Auditor" is made
  • Setup and check of access to the website of user support users.v8.1c.ru is made
  • Individual or group training to work with an information system of ITS is made
  • Monthly acquaintance of users with new materials of the ITS PROF is made
  • Updating of the platform and the standard configurations "1C: Enterprise", diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies is made

Description

Due to the intensive development of the company and with the permanent growth of volume of tasks, opportunities of earlier used systems there was insufficiently.

The management of TD KORDMASTER LLC made the decision to pass to a new information system which would allow to manage the enterprise effectively.

TD KORDMASTER LLC the first company in the Rostov region representing service in recovery by method of "cold" hard facing of truck, bus tires and buses for special equipment. Earlier account at the enterprise was kept using an information system which did not meet all requirements of the organization.

The choice was stopped on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product which standard functionality as much as possible corresponded to requirements of the enterprise.

As a result of implementation 10 rubles of m are automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

  • Order management of buyers
  • Inventory management
  • Customer relationship management (CRM)

Time for formation of the regulated reporting was as a result reduced. Quicker reports for the management form. 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" helped to make the analysis of business activities of the enterprise faster and transparent. Thanks to what, we timely and truly make necessary decisions. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually.

Now implementation of the subsections Production planning volume and calendar, Cash management is executed.

Further it is planned:

  • Increase in the automated jobs to 15.
  • Commissioning of subsystems:
  • Accounting,
  • Tax accounting,
  • Personnel management,
  • Products cost accounting
  • - Maintenance of a product under the agreement of ITS
  • - Consultation on the course of use of the software product

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
  • Data transfer from the previous automation systems
  • Training in group at office of the customer
