TD Sollers automated a branch network based on standard industry solution

The Sollers trading house automated operational accounting using the Альфа-Авто:Автосалон+Автосервис+Автозапчасти, edition 4 software product developed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. Were involved in implementing solution the partner 1C-Rarus — the company Amber in St. Petersburg and 1C-Rarus branch (file) in Nizhny Novgorod. The Sollers trading house is subsidiary company of the Russian car maker Sollers who performs a full range of services in the automobile sphere. Now eight dealer centers in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnodar, Kazan and Chelyabinsk are opened.

During the project operational data exchange between branches is organized, synchronization of data is executed automatically. Uniform standards of maintaining the normative reference information taking into account real requirements of business processes of the enterprise are developed that allows to simplify consolidation of the filial reporting under all types of activity. The information space integrating reference books and document flow of all branches is created. The task of development of a uniform technique of accounting of the transactions inherent to the dealer of several automobile brands is solved.

Implementation was implemented in one month. In a project deliverable a new ERP system covered eight branches and management company of the client, 144 jobs are automated.
