LLC TD "UpakTrade" occupies a leading position in the market for the production of shrink products. We aim to meet the needs of our customers, improve the efficiency of their activities, increase competitiveness and guarantee the quality of their products. To achieve our goals, we use the latest equipment and a high level of training of our employees.

Project objective

Organize customer information, automatically collect requests from different sources in one place, increase the transparency of business processes, and increase sales.

Product selection

To solve these problems, the product "1C:CRM was selected . Module for 1C:ERP and 1S:KA2 "for the following reasons:

  • It is possible to organize the effective work of sales, logistics, marketing, production, quality service and other departments at all stages of interaction with customers and within the company;
  • It is possible to manage all processes of interaction with customers, organization of relationships within the company, creation of a single information space;
  • it is possible to create a single information space of an organization or holding together with the configuration "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2."

As part of the project, the following works were performed:

  • advice on the choice of software and options for its maintenance;
  • Selling selected software products
  • delivery and installation of the software product on the customer's computers;
  • creation of sets of user rights, permissions and positions, as well as establishment of users in information security;
  • individual training at the customer's office.

Effect of project implementation:

  • increased the number of clients in the work of one manager. The effect was achieved through competent work planning using internal CRM tools;
  • the results of marketing actions carried out after the implementation of 1C were analyzed, the cost of attracting one active client became lower;
  • Reduced customer loss
  • increased increase in customer requests to the company;
  • The customer base was segmented, and different strategies were implemented for each customer group. It became possible to highlight and focus on promising clients;
  • expanded tools for analyzing the company's work, management assesses the number of transactions in work, the results of each employee's work, predicts financial results.

Customer Feedback

In order to systematize information about clients and ensure information transparency of relations with the company's clients, we purchased the software product "1C:CRM. Module for 1C:ERP and 1C: КА2. " The supplier was the company "1S-RARUS Voronezh," which provides services in the field of integrated automation. In addition to meeting the typical configuration, our accounting and functionality requirements, the selection criteria were:

  • a familiar interface that makes learning much easier.
  • integration with the main automation system "1C:ERP 8."

The system was put into commercial operation in 16.08.2020.

As a result of the implementation of the software product in the company, it became possible to multi-sided analysis of customer interactions, analysis of the state of work with clients, as well as real tools for improving the efficiency of sales management and increasing sales levels.
