TKS-Holding (1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management)

Business challenge

Formation of a common information space for the companies entering into TKS-Holding. Project Tasks:

• automation of process of receiving up-to-date information about financial and economic activity of holding;
• providing modern means for automation of carrying out the analysis of financial and economic activity;
• optimizirovany movements of materials, stock balance and cash flows;
• simplification of work of economists of the company on preparation of budgets and management reporting;
• reduction of time of collecting and information analysis for the analysis of financial and economic activity of holding.

Result

During the project the staff of Rice company made complex automation of all directions of financial and economic activity of TKS-Holding. After implementation in the company of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system the following results were achieved:

• the unified information system of TKS-Holding which integrated in itself data on nine organizations entering into holding is created;
• subsystems "Sales management and purchases, a warehouse (address storage)", Service, Pricing, "Budgeting and treasury", the "Salary and personnel management" allowing to automate process of data collection and processing on finasovo-business activities of the organization are implemented;
• completions of a subsystem "Accounting and tax accounting" which helped to optimize conducting operations on settlings with partners and tax authorities by group are made;
• the amount of time and labor costs was reduced by preparation of budgets and the consolidated statements.
