On April 24, 2019 CORUS Consulting CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 transportTRASKO Group " announced that completed the project on creation-systems on the platform in-the forwarding company.

Development of transport logistics services of the company demanded from management of "TPACKO" of use of the industrial solution for automation of customer interaction and quality improvement of the provided service. For implementation of this strategic objective the management carefully approached the choice of future platform. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform allows to manage sales taking into account specifics of logistic business.

On start of the project the working group carried out the analysis of business processes and requirements of "TPACKO", designed future system according to industry requests and the purposes which the customer at further operation of the solution tried to achieve. This CRM system which number of users reaches about 300 employees from the central office and regional branches of the company completely automated commercial processes and customer interaction: from the address with the initial need for services before full completion of the transaction regarding settlement and document flow.

The CRM system collects and stores the complete history of interactions thanks to integration into the Lotus mail server and with telephony based on Asterisk. Connectors were developed for their connection. Integration with Lotus was provided with forces of IT department of "TPACKO", with Asterisk – a project team of Corus Consulting. Thanks to connectors correct work of the CRM system in a complex with different servers of telephony became possible. Also the solution is integrated with the website of the company. Thanks to this "TPACKO" automatically fixes the requests from clients arriving on different channels in a system and sees all information on the received and sent messages.

On the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform the product directory of transport services which includes a full range of services, their advantages and the list of alternative and additional services of the company is created. When forming a request in the CRM system the manager fills the form corresponding to the selected service that allows to obtain qualitatively completed information for calculation of rates and terms in forwarding department. Thanks to automation of this process clients of "TPACKO" receive the detailed commercial offers in short terms: from 2 to 16 hours depending on complexity of the request.

In addition to integration with telephony, the mail server and the website of the company specialists of Corus Consulting connected internal software products to the CRM system: 1C: Document Flow, 1S:UP, 1C: Payroll and HR Management and 1S:BP. Thanks to it employees of "TPACKO" can quickly trace information on payments, receivables, approval of agreements and to receive the information about employees and divisions who participate in sales process. Also data on the cost of requests for transportations which are calculated on the basis of information entered into CRM are loaded into a system.

Integration into the additional solutions of integrator allowing users to work quickly in CRM became an important component of the project. Treat them KORUS DaData which helps to find and fill out correct data on details and the addresses in a system, and service of the notifications KORUS Notify which informs business users on emergence of tasks or change of the status of requests.

2018: Start of implementation of the CRM system on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform

On July 4, 2018 the CORUS Consulting company announced the beginning of the project on implementation of the CRM system on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform in TRASKO forwarding company. About 300 employees of the logistic operator will use a system.

The complexity of logistic processes, need of operational customer interaction demanded from the company of implementation of most adapted tool for automation of commercial processes. The ready-made solution "KORUS|CRM for logistics" on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, selected "TPACKO", is industry development of Corus Consulting and allows to manage sales and service taking into account specifics of logistic business.

During the project in the CRM system the product directory of transport company services will be implemented that will allow managers to create quickly commercial offers and to calculate the cost of services. Thanks to the connected commodity categories a system will be able automatically to offer the manager the alternative or additional services potentially interesting to the client.

Integration into other solution of integrator KORUS|DaData for Microsoft Dynamics 365 which helps to find and fill out correct data on details and the addresses in the CRM system will become an important component of the project.

The project team will execute integration of a system with telephony, the website of the company and the mail server. Thus, users will be given an opportunity to automatically fix the requests from clients arriving on different channels in CRM and also to see the complete information about the received and sent messages and to save new data and contacts at the entering and outgoing calls.

Also in the solution an opportunity to perform fast bulk mailings to clients through delivery service of messages directly from CRM will be implemented. It will allow to analyze the individual interests and needs of each client and to offer him only the necessary content, increasing, thus, loyalty and conversion.

During the project in the CRM system integration with the system of 1C for obtaining information on payments and receivables, tracking of the status of a load and data acquisition about approval of agreements will be executed. It is expected that the number of users of a system will reach 300 people among whom there is staff of sales departments, marketing, forwarding departments and company executives.
