The project of comprehensive automation of the TPP filling station network management has been completed

2025: Implementation of "1C: Integrated Gas Station Automation"

The Praktion company (AiTi-Oil Group IT-Oil) has completed a project to implement the 1C: Integrated Gas Station Automation system in the TPP Trading House company, the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. Practitionon announced this on February 13, 2025.

TPP is a developing company operating the largest network of gas stations. As of February 2025, the TPP gas station network has more than 90 multifunctional modern complexes, conveniently located throughout the peninsula.

For centralized business management, TPP chose the 1C: Integrated Gas Station Automation system, a typical circulation solution developed by Praktion. The project provided for the adaptation of the system to the customer's requirements and its implementation.

During the project, an analysis of the differences between the main business processes of the customer and the standard version was carried out, the necessary changes were identified in the system, a detailed plan was developed and performers were appointed for all main tasks. TPP has its own qualified development team, so at the planning stage it was determined that a significant part of the work will be carried out by the customer.

According to the results of the project of the TPP filling station network, a wide range of typical functionality of the 1C: filling station system has become available, including:

• Mass automated formation of commodity movement documents
• Automated generation of shift reports on filling stations in the management office and their reconciliation with reports from filling stations based on checks from filling stations
• Create retail and return reports and other analyses for sales management
• Automatic detection and write-off of petroleum product consumption for own needs
• Automated formation and recording of kits for compound dishes and goods in cafes and shops, for correct accounting of ingredients and their write-off
• Formation of regulated all-Russian and regional reports

A large set of analytical business reports to ensure effective business management.

Within the framework of the project, a large amount of work was carried out not only on the implementation of the system, but also on integration with related software complexes used by the customer, such as: "1C: Accounting," "1C: Catering," "1C: Document Flow," loyalty program management system, electrical automation system.

In addition, such functions as:

• Loading of checks from ACS "AWS filling stations";
• Loading checks from Franke coffee machines;
• Processing of documents "Sale of goods and services" and creation of documents "Purchase of goods and services";
• Generation of documents "Fuel supply";
• Loading acquiring transactions from an external file into a new system for automated reconciliation of work with the bank.

The functionality and capabilities of 1C: Integrated Automation of gas stations are used by the customer, the software package is a serious tool for the development of the TPP business. It is important to note that since the 1C: Integrated Automation of Filling Stations system is implemented on the 1C open platform, TPP specialists were able to perform a significant part of the implementation and integration work on their own. This allowed the customer to save significant financial resources.
