Integrated testing of SAP ERP in TRANSMASH MTZ is complete

The project objective consists in creation of the single corporate system of management integrating all divisions of JSC MTZ TRANSMASH for more effective planning, control, the analysis and business management of the company. For achievement of assigned tasks the T-Systems CIS company having profound knowledge of business processes in the machine-building industry and serious experience in implementation of similar projects was selected.

Feature of the project is that at the JSC MTZ TRANSMASH enterprise at the same time there are serial and job order types of production. With respect thereto, are implemented functionality of SAP for planning and management of serial production – for mass production of products of the wide nomenclature, and job order (single) production – for the purposes of Research and Development and release of the unique special tool and technology equipment.

Within the first phase which will last prior to the beginning of 2012 specialists of T-Systems CIS company are faced by a task to automate business processes in the following areas: financial accounting, fixed asset accounting, management accounting (controlling), supply, sale, management and production planning and also to develop interfaces with the factory systems for creation of basic data of production: the main records of materials (finished goods, parts, own and purchased semi-finished products and raw materials, the specification for self-produced materials, detailed process charts and options of production) and the module of personnel management (SAP HRM) which is already implemented at the enterprise.

The project startup in commercial operation is planned for January 1, 2012. By October 1, 2011 the stage "Integrated Testing" is completed, during testing on a number of real examples settings of a system for compliance to the conceptual solutions developed by specialists of T-Systems CIS and all to business processes of the enterprise are checked. Since March, 2012 within the second project phase experts of T-Systems CIS should develop and implement solutions for problems of balancing of capacities, tax accounting, quality management, control of motor transport and also to create the interface with the PLM system implemented at the Customer.
