"MTZ Transmash" - one of the oldest engineering enterprises of the country. The history of the enterprise began in 1921. The plant is engaged in development and production of the brake equipment for all types cargo and cars, locomotives, the motor car rolling stock, high-speed and high-speed trains and the rolling stock of the subway.

2019: The Moscow plant "Transmash" is going to invest more than 630 million rubles in production

The Moscow engineering enterprise "MTZ Transmash" is going to invest in the next five years in upgrade of production 638 million rubles which managed to be saved due to tax preferences thanks to the status of an industrial complex of Moscow, reported in May, 2019 to TASS in the press service of capital Department of investment and industrial policy.

JSC MTZ Transmash confirmed the status of an industrial complex and is going to invest in modernization of the enterprise 638 million rubles in the next five years", - told in department.

In 2018 thanks to tax benefits the plant invested more than 110 million rubles in production upgrade. The enterprise confirmed the status of an industrial complex for the first time appropriated to it by authorities of the capital in 2016. The status is given for 10 years, but its annual confirmation is required.

As specified in department, the status of an industrial complex allows to lower income tax in the budget of Moscow from 17% to 12.5%. Also the tax rate for property - current bid of 2.2% of the book value of property or 1.5% of cadastral cost is twice reduced. Land tax is reduced by 80% and makes 20% of the amount of the accrued tax. The rent rate for the earth is 0.3% of the cadastral cost of section instead of normal 1.5%.
