Center of coordination of GU IC

GKU "Center of Coordination of GU IC" was created for coordination and activity of GU IC of districts and GU IC of areas and also for information and analytical ensuring work of the Complex of municipal economy of Moscow.

For April, 2013 GU IC of areas and GU IC of Administrative Districts of Moscow are not structural divisions of GKU "Center of Coordination of GU IC". GKU "Center of Coordination of GU IC" is the subordinated organization of Department of housing and communal services and improvement, and GU IC of areas and GU IC of administrative districts are under authority of prefectures.

Activities

The system of engineering services is organized by the Government of Moscow for the purpose of separation of the control functions performed on a commercial basis and the state functions.

The system of engineering services on a grant basis renders the following services for management companies of all forms of business:

• settlement service,
• services of a passport office,
• the round-the-clock uninterrupted service of apartment houses and communications within activity of the joint dispatching services (JDS),
• maintenance of the house adjoining territory.

GKU "Center of Coordination of GU IC" also performs information and methodical activity:

• develops standard agreements,
• provides operational forms of the reporting of different frequency,
• and also works on single orders of the Government of Moscow.
