Navicon automated sale of advertizing spaces in TSUM

On March 12, 2018 it became known that the system integrator and Navicon developer automated sale of advertizing spaces in TSUM on the basis of own solution Navicon Rental developed based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. According to the results of the project the customer received uniform base of sales department of advertizing resources with the most complete information on the client and loading of resources.

Creation of uniform base of clients, resources and orders, control of load of resources in shopping centers, reduction of time for preparation of commercial offers by managers and an exception of errors of double/manual entry was project objectives in TSUM. Earlier in TSUM customer information and load of advertizing resources contained in files of managers (Excel) that did possible parallel sales of one resource to several brands.

The solution Navicon Rental allows to have up-to-date information about the status of loading of advertizing spaces and to select the interface in which it can be traced: in the graphical interface of interactive maps, in a list form or in a report form. A system allows to generate the scheme of shopping center with arrangement of specific advertizing spaces and to unload it in a PDF format for further approval of the client.

The implemented solution has a possibility of synchronization with products Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Lync. Thanks to mechanisms of formation of printing document revisions on the basis of templates, process of signing of the contracts with clients significantly accelerated.

Also automation completely liquidated a possibility of emergence of errors which could arise at manual calculation of cost of resources. Thanks to it we significantly increased the processing speed of requests for lease: any employee of department of advertizing projects can process more than 20 transactions with tenants daily. Integration with an accounting system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and integration into the workflow system based on 1C 8.2 will be the next stage of the project, told in Navicon.
