In TVEL the Robin and Preferentum platforms are implemented

2019: Reduction of labor costs and runtime of standard transactions within processes of purchases of MTS

In 2019 information robotizations the "Development of Subsystems of Intellectual Processing and the User Activity for Purchases" project implemented in the company of "TVEL" the state corporation which is a part of the Fuel division "Rosatom" was implemented. TVEL reported about it on February 3, 2020.

Thanks to domestic solutions in the area artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and robotization of the user activity (RPA) TVEL company managed to achieve reduction of labor costs and runtime of standard transactions within processes of purchases of MTS, quality improvement of examination of documents and also decrease in quantity of claims. The project was implemented jointly by the companies "Industrial innovations", "Preferentum" and "ROBIN".

In the course of logistics of TVEL company more than 250 people participate. Tender purchases include about 90 thousand positions of the detailed requirement which are annually grouped in 5 thousand lots. To the project employees manually had to perform verification of technical specifications and to create the starting price of the agreement. During the project with use of software platforms of ROBIN (business process automation, using the configured program robots) and PREFERENTUM (intellectual processing and the analysis of text information) was created and implemented the system of intellectual information processing, recognition and robotization of the user activity. It provided:

• automation of verification of technical specifications on purchase of MTS
• computer-assisted retrieval of price information in open sources of the Internet and BDTs (the database of the prices of Rosatom State Corporation)
• mailing of address requests of TKP means of the robot
• receiving address TKP, recognition of the graphic document in the text, auto eject of data from TKP, check of data retrieveds regarding compliance with set in the operating accounting system (SAP ERP of shopping mall)
• automatic formation of the price analysis on the basis of earlier data retrieveds

As a result the TVEL company received the instrument of effective processing of large volumes of unstructured data using saved up a document file in the order and governed as the intellectual knowledge base.

System implementation allowed to automate processes of the analysis and information processing when holding procurement procedures, exchange of electronic documents and results of their analysis between systems and also to robotize the formalized routine transactions.

For February 3, 2020 the created system of intellectual information processing and robotization of the user activity for purchases is started in parent organization JSC TVEL (Moscow) and also in one of the largest enterprises of a division of JSC UEIP (Novouralsk). There is a replication of the current functionality of a system on other large enterprises of Fuel company located in the different subjects of the Russian Federation.
