Integrator "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the project on process automation of accounting and management for the Krasnoyarsk TV channel "TVK-6 Channel", the press service of the company reported on March 27, 2013.

As a result of implementation "1C: Integrated Automation 8", "BIT: Finance" and "BIT:CRM" was succeeded to increase efficiency of work with clients and to optimize a management system for finance.
Start
Earlier for accounting the customer used different information systems and spreadsheets. The customer base was kept locally and did not provide all necessary analytics on work of managers with clients. At the same time processing and consolidation of data occupied a large number of time, the management reporting was prepared slowly.
Hoping for business improving competitiveness the management of TV channel made the decision on creation of a new information system which would allow to upgrade processes of management of business processes. As the partner in implementation the company "is selected by 1C: The first BIT".
Job
Using the solutions "1C: Integrated Automation 8", "BIT: Finance" and Bits.CRM was created an information system which automated activity of key divisions of the company and allowed to solve the following problems at qualitatively new level:
- sales management and conducting operational accounting in a single system;
- multiscenario planning of budgets in necessary analytical cuts;
- maintaining a complete contact history with partners;
- use of a uniform format of management accounting and reporting;
- operational formation of the management reporting, etc.
Setup of data exchange between configurations and the program for planning of air which is applied in the company allowed to create really useful solution meeting standards of conducting television business. In total 30 jobs were automated.
