2025: Implementation of Norbit SRM
Norbitol automated key steps in the non-commercial procurement process for one of - in FMCGretailers Russia -. "Ribbon Groups" To implement this large-scale project, our own solution was used. Norbit SRM The transition to this system made it possible to create a basis for reducing the timing of procurement procedures, optimizing costs, minimizing risks when working with suppliers and speeding up tenders. At the same time, the full integration of all planned solution components continues. Norbit announced this on December 1, 2025.
Previously, Lenta did not have a single information flow for non-commercial purchases. This created difficulties for the prompt response to changes, increased the volume of poor-quality and untimely supplies, and caused additional stress on employees. The solution was to combine the main ones business processes into a single flexible system Norbit SRM, built on the low-code platform. BPMSoft
NORBIT specialists have implemented and configured the main modules of the system: creation of bids, procurement organization, the work of the tender committee and automatic execution of contracts. To avoid duplication of functionality and provide a single workflow, SRM was integrated with internal ERP, mail and two electronic trading platforms - B2B-center and Bidzaar.
The procedures for the formation of applications, the organization of tenders and purchases of various categories of goods were automated. It became possible to quickly draw up standard contracts, reducing the cost of processing documentation and the volume of possible errors. All departments can now interact within a single system and use corporate mail for more convenient approvals of tender documents.
Norbit SRM gives Lenta employees access to several channels of communication with counterparties. They can take into account the peculiarities of regular and one-time purchases, flexibly set up the criteria for the selection of participants and determine the winners of the tender for individual goods or batches, appoint backup suppliers and quickly analyze key performance indicators. The implementation of the project, provided that all planned components of the solution are fully integrated, will make it possible to convert 80% of non-commercial procurement operations to digital format.
| An important aspect for us was to ensure continuity, transparency and centralized orchestration of all stages of the non-commercial procurement process. The established mechanisms for a strategic approach to supplier management and strengthening the competitive environment demonstrate perfectly that our tandem with NORBIT has coped with most of the tasks, despite the difficulties that have arisen. The automation of many repetitive operations has helped reduce the burden on the division's resource, said Andrey Pakhomov, Director of Non-Profit Procurement at Lenta Group.
