2023: Upmetric System Implementation
The Lenta retail chain has implemented the Upmetric marketing system (Skolkovo resident) based on the cash solution CSI - Set Retail 10. The retailer began sending customers electronic cash checks with surveys and marketing information. CSI announced this on December 5, 2023.
In October 2023, Lenta introduced a pilot project with a control inspection group in four of its stores: three in Barnaul and one in the city of VolzhskyVolgograd region.
The prototype check was created through the Upmetric AI system, taking into account the requests of the retail network. Then the solution was integrated into the cash solution installed at the retailer - Set Retail 10.
When Card No. 1 (card loyalty) is used at the checkout, Upmetric recognizes the contact data buyer and sends him a beautiful electronic check for. And email now it has not only information about buying, but also the size of the discount, the balance and movement of points, a mark on the application of gift cards. The buyer also sees hot advertizing offers and can appreciate his visit to Lenta.
In the Upmetric designer, an electronic check is collected for the individual business goals of the client. It houses marketing blocks, for example, advertising banners, loyalty system information, calls to use a promotional code, supplement personal data, install a store mobile application, etc.
The Upmetric module has been running at Set Retail since early 2023. To start sending "beautiful checks" to customers, the company needs to activate the option in your personal account.
